  QUALITY CONTROL :  
 
Right from selection of material, conductor, forming of coils, temperature Maintained for moulding of coil, dust free environment while manufacturing of coils a strict check is maintained for dimensional accuracy to ensure correct fitment of the coils in stator core. Comprehensive testing of individual coils, bracing of the end winding, lashing the coils to supporting rings, inserting slot wedges under required pressure, forming silver brazing the end connections, insulating and maintain the exact distance by keeping uniform spacing is very closely monitored during rewinding. While rebuilding squirrel cage rotors, inserting cage bars and silver brazing to short-circuiting rings under required temperature is closely monitored as a part of quality control programme.
